Shipping & Handling:

Continental US:

To insure quality shipping, our prices reflect USPS Priority Mailing costs for customers in the continental U.S. Occasionally, we are able to accommodate first-class shipping. If you want your order shipped in a manner other than Priority Mail, please advise us at the time your order is placed.

International:

We appreciate our international customers and strive to keep postage costs as reasonable as possible. All orders being shipped overseas will be charged actual shipping cost plus $1.00 handling. Overseas customers are notified by e-mail as to the S&H cost. Qualifying order which are over $100 will be credited what it would cost to mail the package in the US. The balance of overseas shipping plus $1 handling will be billed to the customer.

*NOTE: International Customers with qualifying "free shipping orders" we will subtract what the cost would be to mail your order within the U.S., and charge the remaining costs to your credit card.

Return Policy:

 

 

Sparkle N Sprinkle must be notified within 30 days of the date on your Sales Receipt to return an item. Customer pays for shipment of returned item and item cannot be damaged in any way. There will be a 15% restocking charge for all returned items. It is highly recommended that customers insure their items to be returned, in case they do not make it to our door.
