Instructions	:	1. Cut and emboss white circle. Stamp heart using Versamark ink, emboss with Cherry EP. 2. Emboss a piece of white CS cut to 5 x 3 3/4 using Cuttlebug folder. 3. Rip and attach text print to lower portion of embossed dotted CS. Attach ribbon. Layer onto black CS. 4. Attach to red card front. To finish, punch out scallop, dot with 3D paint, allow to dry and apply to card front with pop dots.
