Instructions	:	1. Cut your card base from Dark Blue or Navy Blue cardstock. 2. Use Red and Blue markers to color on the AMERICA CIRCLE rubber stamp, huff on it to moisten the inks and stamp on white CS. Trim very closely and use foam dots to layer onto a piece of light blue CS that has corners pierced with piercing tool and template. Use double sided tape to adhere this to the card front. 3. Stamp UNCLE STAR with blue ink on white CS, color and then align the smaller circle scallop paper punch with the image and punch out. 4. Punch out the larger circle scallop in red CS. 5. Pierce both scallop circles, use foam dots to layer them, and then use double sided tape to adhere this to the light blue CS that already has the corners pierced with a piercing tool and template. Use double sided tape to adhere this to the card front. 6. Punch out six red and six white tiny stars and glue them to the card front as pictured. 7. Accent with STARFIRE and SUNNY DAZE Glitter.
