| Instructions |

1. Cut cardstock to size.
2. Stamp fireworks stamp on card front with glue pad and sprinkle on glitter. Set aside to dry.
3. Emboss Happy fourth on small 2 x 2 ½ white cardstock. Color with markers as in photo. Glue to 2 ½ x 3 red cardstock with glue stick. Add to center front of card with dimensional.
4. Add red white and blue ribbon to top and bottom of card as in photo with double side sticky tape. Touch ends of ribbon with lighter if ends fray. |
