| Instructions |

1. Make a vertical card 6 ½” x 5” from royal blue cardstock.
2. Pat glue on FREEDOM FIREWORKS image using the Essential Glue Pad and stamp it on glossy white cardstock. Immediately, cover half of the image with Fire Engine Red embossing powder and tap the excess onto a piece of scrap paper. Cover the other half with Laser Blue embossing powder and tap off the excess on another piece of scrap paper. Gently tap the glitter into the glue with your finger and heat the image from underneath. **Hint: This process must be done quickly. Allow it to cool and then get rid of any excess glitter with a fluffy paintbrush.
3. Cut a piece of red, white and blue patterned specialty paper 5 ½” x 4 1/8”. Cut an oval that will fit around the Fireworks image toward the top of the patterned paper as shown.
4. Cut the Fireworks image into a rectangle so the image will fit behind the oval in the specialty paper. Use the Scotch roller tape/glue to apply adhesive around the back of the oval and position it over the image. Then totally secure the image on the back using Scotch tape on all sides of the image piece.
5. Attach the entire piece to the front of the card with double stick adhesive tape as shown.
6. Pat the X-Static anti static pouch on glossy cardstock. Using Cherry Cosmic Dreams embossing powder and the VersaMark inkpad, stamp and emboss the saying GOD BLESS AMERICA on the area. Cut the phrase to size. (See sample card for approximate size.) Attach it under the image as shown using double stick adhesive tape.
7. Use mini glue dots to attach the small acrylic squares as shown.
8. Attach a red bow above the image piece using mini glue dots. |
