1. Stamp image or images on tissue paper with Stazon ink.
2. Color with markers.
3. Place tissue paper on card stock and brush glue on to the tissue paper so that it covers entire piece of the card stock underneath. Do not work the glue too much or it could make the mark’s ink run.
4. Let dry. Drying time will vary on amount of glue you use.
5. Trim tissue paper and mount to a card.
This technique can be used as a back ground or for a central image. I have found that a combination of the ornament glue and brushable glue works best. First use ornament glue, since it is a thinner glue it seeps through the tissue paper better. Then when that is dry apply the brushable glue to give it a glossy finish. If you chose just to use the brushable glue be careful when applying it tends to rip the tissue paper. Also try adding glitter before the glue dries to give the background an extra sparkle |
