Instructions : 1. Make a horizontal base card 6 ½”x 5” from textured metallic blue cardstock. Set aside.
    2. Using the VersaMark inkpad and Black Detail embossing powder, stamp and emboss Keiko image on off white cardstock. **Pat the cardstock with the X-Static bag before applying ink and powder. Color in the image using Radiant Pearls. Set aside to dry. When dry, use the Sakura Quickie glue pen to apply Neon Flamingo glitter to the two tiny pleats on Keiko’s collar. Set aside to dry.
    3. Using the VersaMark inkpad and Japanese Lacquer Detail embossing powder, stamp and emboss Dragon twice on off white cardstock. **Pat the cardstock with the X-Static bag before applying the ink. When cool, cut them out as shown on the sample card. Stipple both with medium blue pigment ink. Allow to dry and then wipe the ink off the embossed dragons using a tissue. Set aside.
    4. Cut a piece of drywall plastic mesh tape 6 ¼” long. Cut a piece of navy blue or other color cardstock 4 ¼”x 2 ¼”. With the sticky side of the mesh tape down, attach it to the very edge on one long side of the cardstock, keeping some excess on both ends **Fold and adhere the excess mesh on the two short edges to the back of the cardstock. Using the VersaMark or navy blue pigment inkpad, liberally apply the ink to the top of the mesh tape; press quite hard so the ink seeps down into the little squares in the mesh. Apply Satin Velvet Cosmic embossing powder on the inked tape, tap off the excess and melt the powder with a heat gun. Wait until the piece cools and then repeat the procedure so it has two coats of melted embossing powder. **At this point, you should not see the color of the mesh tape or the cardstock. If you can, you don’t have enough ink on your inkpad. After the piece has cooled, turn it over and cut two ¾” wide strips (4 ¼” long) from the embossed mesh tape. (I marked it and cut it upside down with a paper cutter, but a scissors would work.)
    5. Insert a small blue glitter brad over the circle on Keiko’s hair decoration and a small mauve glitter brad over her earring as shown.
    6. Cut the image piece to size. (See sample card)
    7. Cut a textured metallic pink cardstock piece a little larger than the image piece. Attach the image to the center of the pink cardstock using double stick adhesive tape.
    8. Cut a piece of navy blue cardstock a little larger than the pink textured piece. Attach the pink to the navy so both left sides and bottoms are flush as shown. Use double stick adhesive tape. Attach the completed piece to the front of the card as shown using double stick adhesive tape.
    9. Using the VersaMark inkpad and Satin Velvet Cosmic embossing powder, stamp and emboss Thinking of You on the card front above the image. **Pat the cardstock with the X-Static bag before applying the ink.
    10. Attach the embossed mesh pieces to the front of the card as shown using embossing tape.
    11. Attach the two Dragons over the mesh pieces as shown using mini glue dots.
