| Instructions |

1. Stamp car on white CS with Staz-On.
2. Color with markers
3. Cut white CS with die cut machine or scalloped scissors to 2 5/8" x 2 1/8".
4. Cut black CS with die cut machine or scalloped scissors to 3 1/4" x 2 5/8".
5. Glue white CS panel to black panel.
6. Stamp sentiment on white CS.
7. Trim sentiment panel to 2 7/8" x 1".
8. Glue sentiment panel to black CS, then trim to 3 1/8" x 1 1/4".
9. Cover note card with the cars patterned paper.
10. Attach both panels to card as shown with pop dots or foam tape. |
