Black and brown stazon ink
Markers
White and Dk. Blue card stock
2 or 3 coordinating oil pastels
Matte card stock
Baby oil
Cotton balls

| Instructions |

1. Apply oil pastels thickly to matte card stock in a random fashion.
2. With the edge of the old credit card scrap and pull oil pastels so they cover the entire piece of card stock. Bits of the pastels will cling to the credit card use these to help cover entire piece of card stock.
3. Apply Baby oil to cotton ball and rub the oil pastels lightly. This will remove some of the colors and give you a smoother surface.
4. Stamp Images with black stazon ink.
5. Color with Markers.
6. Stamp greeting with brown stazon ink
7. Cut and layer images and greetings on dk blue card stock.
8. layer images on background paper
9. Add blue brads. |
