| Instructions |

1. Fold blue cardstock in ½ making a 5 ½ x 4 ¼ card base.
2. Cut piece of white cardstock measuring 4 x 5 ¼ and stamp hearts & swirls multiple times over the white cardstock. Color the hearts & swirls in with markers.
3. Stamp "Eyes" image onto white piece of cardstock measuring 3 x 4 ¾ and color in using prismacolor watercolor pencils and a dove blender.
4. Using versa mark, stamp saying near the bottom of the white cardstock under the image and sprinkle on black embossing powder & heat seat.
5. Using the reflection blue ink, distress the edges of the white cardstock and layer this piece onto green cardstock.
6. Wrap stands of green and yellow scrappers floss in between the image and the saying and tie a small knot.
7. Add image to the white cardstock using pop dots and then add 5 brads to the left upper side of the white cardstock before attaching everything to the blue folded card. |
