Instructions	:	1. Base card of navy cardstock is size 4 ¼ x 5 ½ inches. 2. The torn orange layer is approximately ¼ inches smaller around the edges than the base. 3. Stamp the Pumpkins & Witch image with Black Staz-on ink to the cream cardstock. 4. Next color them with the Prismacolor pencils and blend with the Gina K Designs blending fluid. 5. Tear around the image leaving a jagged border. 6. You can now take the glue pen and add the various glitters to the design. 7. Stamp the saying near the bottom and add a little glitter here and there in the letters. 8. Finish by assembling all the layers.
