Hot pink linen CS
White CS
Pink & white heart patterned paper

| Instructions |

1. Stamp images on white CS scraps with black dye ink.
2. Color Splish Splash with Copic markers.
3. Using the glue pen, add Waterfall glitter to accent the water.
4. Cut out around the image leaving a tiny white border.
5. Cut a rectangle out around the phrase and embellish with hot pink dots using a marker.
6. Cut CS & Paper pieces to size.
7. Attach the water patterned paper to the heart patterned paper and again to a slightly larger white CS piece. Punch holes in the corners and attach the brads.
8. Attach entire panel to the hot pink base card.
9. Attach the phrase to the top of the base card as shown.
10. Using tiny bits of foam tape, attach the heart embellishments to the upper corners of the phrase piece.
11. Using foam tape, attach the Splish Splash image to the card front. |
