Instructions	:	1. Base card of black is size 4 ¼ x 5 ½ inches. 2. Next layer of pre-printed striped paper is 4 5/8 x 5 1/8 inches. 3. On white cardstock stamp the Tony image. 4. Next color in the image with the Prismacolor pencils and blend with a blending solution. 5. Cut the image out and layer to black and add to the pre-printed striped layer. 6. Next stamp the saying with Black Staz-on ink and add some color with the Prismacolor pencils and blend the colors. 7. Layer this saying to black cardstock and place it kitty-corner over the edge of the Tony framed image to finish the card.
