INTRODUCTION
Sparkle N Sprinkle is looking for dependable, talented, team-oriented, craft enthusiasts who are in love with our products and will promote them on their personal blogs. If you enjoy playing with glitters, embossing powders, flocking and rubber stamps, it’s your turn to try out for our team. We are a Spellbinders Preferred Partner. Exploring new avenues of paper crafting, we are also carrying a wonderful new product called the Pazzles Inspiration Electronic Creative Cutter with our own specialty files.Â
While SNS is primarily interested in card making, scrapbooking and papercrafting, many of our products overlap into other crafting sectors, including Home Decor. We want our customers to be inspired by the awesome finished samples you will provide! In exchange we will provide free rubber stamps, glitters, embossing powders, flocking powders, adhesives, and other products.

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION
1. Each month a Project Packet will be mailed to you. While your completed projects are returned to us, the product is yours to keep. The cost of the product & shipping to your home will be incurred by the company.
2. 40% Discount - DTMs are eligible to receive a 40% discount for most regular priced products. (Shipping charges are additional)
3. There will be opportunities for earning more product, if you are interested. (ie: creating more projects as needed, working at conventions, teaching classes)
4. Possibilities of teaching at local stamp stores or other locations where you can easily build a following.
5. Your photo, bio and blog will appear on our website (and blog), and a link will appear on your sister designers’ blogs back to your own.
6. You’ll get to work with an encouraging group of drama-free crafting enthusiasts!
COMMITMENTS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
As a member of the Design Team:
1) Your duties will last for a period of 6 - 12 months, your choice.Â
2) Design four cards per month using SNS stamps and products, and post those cards to your blog twice a month. Your blog should link back to our website. We will also showcase your artwork on the SNS blog.
3) A new Project Packet will be mailed to you each month. Please return assignments promptly to our office no later than the 30th of the following month. We understand that life happens. If an emergency or extenuating circumstance comes up, please contact us immediately.Â
4) Cards: Only card fronts are needed, unless the inside of the card is also using product in a creative manner. Dimensional cards such as step cards, napkin fold cards, explosion cards, and other specialty folded cards are accepted, too. Each full size stamp set requires four cards. Each Stampette Set requires two cards. Stamps from other SNS stamp sets may also be used in combination with new Project Packets, as your collection of SNS products grows.Â
5) You will be responsible for:
  5a) the return postage and mailing the card fronts (or other projects) back to us, in a manner which insures they arrive blemish free and on time (unless other arrangements have been made).
  5b) uploading photos to our Yahoo Group for design team members.
  5c) Taking quality photos of your creations and writing directions.
  5d) Signing our Confidentiality Contract regarding our business operation.
6) A Yahoo Group is utilized for communications among the Design Team members. Because we are looking forward to seeing your submissions, DT members share their projects with each other by uploading photos of their projects in the Yahoo Group. Other relevant information is at your fingertips in this Group as well.Â
7) Please photograph your projects well, using appropriate photo editing software if necessary. The quality of your online images reflects on the quality of our products, so photos need to be first-rate.
8) Submit your artwork monthly in our own challenges or in online stamping community galleries, such as Splitcoast Stampers, Paper Craft Planet, etc., and/or hard copy publications.
HOW TO APPLY
NO Previous DT experience necessary!
Applications and submissions will be accepted via e-mail. (brenda@sparklensprinkle.com). Your e-mail should include:
1) Why you want to work with us, and what you can bring to the team.
2)Â A brief description about yourself and your stamping style, previous design team work, published work, and/or any other artistic information you would like to share. If you have a stamping resume, you may include that link. We want to view your blog as well, so please send your blog address.
3) Let us see what you have done with our products, or products similar to ours.
4) Three of your favorite cards or layouts. If you prefer sending projects which are already on the web, please send links to the appropriate blogs or online galleries.
5) Your contact information (name, blog, phone, physical address)
6) Please indicate in the subject field of your e-mail: "DT Call - and-your-name"

We will e-mail a confirmation of receipt within 48 hours of receiving your post which ought to contain all personal and artistic information, including samples (items 1-6 above). If we don't confirm within 48 hours, then we have not received your e-mail packet.
Submission Deadline is Monday, October 10, 2012.Â
Elected applicants will be contacted via e-mail to confirm their commitment. The Confidentiality Contract will then be sent. Upon return receipt of your signed contract, we will notify you via e-mail. An announcement will then be made on our blog, website, Twitter, Facebook, and newsletter! A logo button will also be e-mailed, so you may make the same announcement on your personal blog. An invitation will be sent to join the Designers Yahoo Group where you will be warmly welcomed.
